Consultant – Strengthening of Policy and Governance Framework for Child Protection System in Punjab
Job no: • Contract type: Consultant • Duty Station: Lahore • Duration: 6 months (remote) • Eligibility: Nationals of Pakistan only.
Job Purpose
The consultant will provide technical support to develop a comprehensive child protection advocacy framework for Punjab aligned with the CRC Concluding Observations 2026 and the Child Protection Policy implementation framework. The work will include stakeholder mapping, development of an action plan, and preparation of advocacy materials to secure public financing and strengthen governance, coordination and regulatory mechanisms.
Scope of Work
- Develop a provincial child protection advocacy framework and action plan aligned with CP‑related CRC Concluding Observations 2026 and the Punjab CP Policy.
