Ensure accurate payroll accounting and balance sheet integrity. Support financial close with reliable data and timely resolution of reconciling items. Maintain strong controls and audit readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform payroll accounting and finance operations in accordance with established processes, service level agreements (SLAs), accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Record, validate, and analyze payroll-related transactions, including salaries and benefits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of postings.
