Recruiting Associate

Overall Purpose: Resource will be assigned to Recruitment Admin supporting Accenture Japan.
Responsibilities
- Prescreening of candidates
- CV assessment
- Interview scheduling
- Coordination with Japan Onshore Team for process efficiency

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years relevant experience in recruitment (sourcing/CMT), talent acquisition or any HR related role
- Stakeholder Management and knowledge in Excel
