Position Title: Learning Experience Design and Development Senior Analyst
Work Setup: Hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop effective learning content using appropriate delivery methods.
- Analyze competency and knowledge requirements to design an effective training model for learner needs.
- Participate in training reviews and feedback sessions to apply recommendations.
- Conduct research, extensive fact checking and validation to support the accuracy of information included in content.
- Design curricula, content outlines and storyboards applying multimedia learning methodologies, considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations.
