We at the Business-Line DUV IBE (Installed Base Extensions) support the Life-Time Extension of the PAS 5500 systems,Ā theĀ 200mmĀ wafer Lithography systems of ASML. And the XT-1-2-3, the firstĀ generationsĀ 300mmĀ wafer Lithography systems. We provide refurbished systems, upgrades,Ā spare-partsĀ and service to our customers.Ā
Our Design & Engineering team of around 50 engineersĀ isĀ locatedĀ partly in the NetherlandsĀ and partly in Taiwan. WeĀ ensureĀ theĀ long-term availability of parts,Ā modulesĀ and knowledgeĀ of theĀ PAS 5500 and XT-1-2-3Ā platform to enableĀ refurbishment,Ā upgradeĀ and service business.
