Reporting to the Manager, Student & Academic Services the DDS Curriculum Coordinator - Year 1 & 3 is a critical member of the Student & Academic Services unit in the School of Dentistry and works both independently and in a team to support and administer the many detailed and complex tasks associated with delivering the DDS curriculum. The DDS Curriculum Coordinator manages intricate, multi-layered course schedules, integrating lectures, labs, clinical rotations, and small group learning while proactively identifying and resolving logistical challenges. They oversee exam administration, student absence coordination, and Learning Management System (LMS)/Curriculum Management System (CMS) management, ensuring accurate course content, schedule adjustments, and compliance with academic policies to support the learning environment.
