Role Title DCX AI Business Analyst Exp - 8-10 yrs Location - Bangalore (Hybrid) Role Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the DCX AI journey by translating business problems into clear, actionable AI use cases, requirements, value cases and implementation-ready specifications. The ideal candidate is a business-first, AI-curious analyst who can operate between strategy and execution. The person should be comfortable working with ambiguity, asking sharp questions, structuring unclear business problems, and converting ideas into actionable AI use cases. The role will work closely with domain owners, digital product teams, AI Hub / architecture teams, low-code makers, data teams, Enterprise IT, security/privacy stakeholders, and the DCX AI Office to identify, shape, prioritize and govern AI initiatives across customer-facing digital capabilities.
