Role OverviewAs a Data Center Operations Technician, you will be a primary resolver for the support team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will create and maintain documentation on supported technologies, pass knowledge to junior staff, and perform remote system administration tasks. You are expected to work autonomously, execute small projects, and act as an initial escalation point for junior technicians.
