DC Senior Manager checks expected Inbound shipments for the day (imported and local) and load plan for the day (outbound).

Job Description

• Check expected inbound shipment for the day (imported and local)
• Check load plan for the day (outbound)
• Review manpower attendance for the day if sufficient based on expected volume
• Review issues of the previous day if solved
• Review equipment count if sufficient based on expected volume for the day
  • Forklifts
  • Trucks
  • Containers
  • Pallet jacks
  • RF guns
  • Tablets
• Make sure DC has enough pallets, stretch film and other consumables
• Check if WMS and MMS are working correctly, otherwise raise to IT immediately
• Review service level of previous day, check unserved picklists and plan how to recover
• Do perimeter and DC floor walk 2x a day (1 morning, 1 afternoon)
