Job Title: HRIS Specialist
Department/Division: Total Rewards
Hours: 8:30-5:30
Reports to: Director of Total Rewards & HRIS
Job Purpose
The HRIS Specialist is a key member of the HR team and will report to the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR information systems, primarily Dayforce, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficiency across all HR processes. The Specialist leverages data and system functionality to enhance automation, reporting accuracy, and decision‑making across the organization.
