Job Description
Join Nexora as a Dayforce HR Systems Expert, responsible for system optimization and enhancing HR processes in a hybrid setting.
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS, this role focuses on the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Dayforce system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data flow and system functionality, while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Your contributions will directly impact HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards modules across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Analyze and configure Dayforce HRIS functionalities
⢠Collaborate on integration and data feed setups
⢠Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports
⢠Support user access management and security
⢠Develop SOPs and training documentation for staff
Requirements:
