Burger King – Porter Job Description

Responsibilities of the Porter include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for exterior, interior cleanliness and maintenance.
• Puts food orders away following FIFO 
• Cleans and organizes walk in cooler and freezer 
• Cleans and organizes inventory in dry storage areas
• Follows all food safety standards.
• Clean and stock guest areas.
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Washing dishes
• Clean, sanitize and keep food areas stocked.
• Assist working in Kitchen or as Cashier and following job descriptions as stated above.
• Completing all other assigned duties delegated by Team Leader or Manager.
