Responsibilities

• Accurate execution of data generation processes
• Provide data in the right formats to the corresponding G+D stakeholders
• Provide response files to the different customers
• Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
• Take accountability and responsibility towards assigned process roles
• Awareness of updates in the product/service specification
• Give support to other G+D departments’ requests regarding data generation
• Be informed of new product releases
• Coordinate with R&D department for new software releases and updates
• Send response files or reports required internally or by the customer
