Job Description
- 2 to 7 years of hands‑on experience in structured cabling, fiber optic installation, or data center deployment
- Strong proficiency with single‑mode fiber optic cabling, MPO/MTP connector types, and fan‑out assemblies
- Demonstrated ability to perform proper cable routing, dressing, labeling, and securing in a production data center environment
- Experience reading and executing from rack elevation diagrams, port maps, cabling matrices, and LLD documentation without continuous supervision
- Working knowledge of data center physical infrastructure: rack‑and‑stack, cable tray systems, cable management arms, and structured cabling standards
- Comfortable providing informal technical guidance and pace direction to junior technicians in a pod or team environment
