Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data center operations, mechanical systems, or facilities engineering with direct exposure to liquid cooling infrastructure
• Hands-on familiarity with rear-door heat exchanger (RDHx) and direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems including manifolds, CDUs, coolant distribution hoses, and quick disconnects
• Demonstrated ability to identify cooling infrastructure at the rack level and enforce safe working boundaries in an active deployment environment
• Working knowledge of data center airflow management, hot/cold aisle containment, and cooling system dependencies
• Strong safety awareness and ability to communicate cooling hazards clearly and effectively to a diverse technical field team
• Comfortable floating across a large, active deployment floor and managing multiple pods simultaneously without direct supervision
