Role Overview
We are seeking a DB2 Administrator (L2) with hands-on experience in managing database and middleware environments. The role involves end-to-end database lifecycle management including provisioning, patching, performance tuning, access management, backup/recovery, and high availability.
The candidate will also support middleware platforms, ensuring consistent, secure, and automated infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
DB2 Database Administration
- Install, configure, and manage IBM DB2 databases across environments.
- Provision database instances with standardized configurations for on-premises and cloud.
- Perform database patching, upgrades, and CVE remediation.
