Job Description
- Database Engineer
- Cloud Environment
- DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake
- Administer and maintain databases including DB2 , PostgreSQL , MySQL and Snowflake .
- Support OLTP /OLAP environments and perform routine monitoring and health checks.
- Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
- Manage backup, recovery, high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) processes.
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve database issues, and conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA).
- Support cloud database environments (AWS RDS , EC2 , Snowflake ) and implement security and scalability best practices.
