Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for MS SQL Server databases and operational support in production, including incident, problem, and service request handling.
• Perform investigations related to application and day‑to‑day business transaction related issues.
• Analyze and resolve database‑related incidents within SLA commitments.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues and implement preventive actions.
• Work closely with application and middleware teams to troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues.
• Support database changes, deployments, and patching activities in coordination with change and release management processes.
• Review and validate SQL scripts to ensure performance efficiency and adherence to standards.
