Genesis10 is currently seeking a Database Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Seattle, WA or Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity.

We are looking for a Database Engineer with over five years of experience who will be responsible for tasks that keep the platform stable and mitigate overall platform risk. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly, communicate proposed solutions, and provide coaching to junior team members. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between technology and business teams, with a primary skill set in Oracle and mandatory experience in NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
