Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Operations DBA to support the mission-critical system operating in a secured environment.
This role focuses primarily on Production (Day 2) stability, high availability, incident response, performance tuning, and disaster recovery readiness for Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB platforms supporting 24/7 operations.
The DBA will work closely with:
Day 2 Infra Engineers
Day 2 System Engineers
Day 2 Software Engineers
Security & Compliance teams
Key Responsibilities
1. 24/7 Production Database Operations
Provide L2/L3 support for MSSQL and MongoDB in Production and DR environments.
Participate in standby/on-call roster for critical incidents.
