MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch database software including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Manage and maintain database environments across development, testing, and production systems.
Perform database housekeeping activities including capacity planning, backup validation, and space management.
Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting
Monitor database performance and optimize through indexing, query tuning, execution plan analysis, and resource optimization.
Troubleshoot complex database issues such as deadlocks, blocking, performance degradation, replication failures, and data corruption.
