- Install, configure, and maintain databases to ensure reliability and security
- Monitor database performance, back up data, and implement recovery procedures
- Manage user access, permissions, and data integrity
- Maintain and update the website to ensure accurate and timely information
- Troubleshoot and resolve database and web related issues
- Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution
- Schedule and perform regular server maintenance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Coordinate with IT staff and management to support academic and administrative needs
- Prepare reports and documentation related to database and web systems
