I'm currently supporting a leading UK retail organisation undergoing a major data transformation programme and seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to help shape the future of its customer data capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to define and influence enterprise-wide customer data architecture, working across analytics, personalisation, CRM, loyalty and marketing functions to deliver scalable, secure and business-focused data solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
• Define target-state and transition-state customer data architectures
• Design scalable customer data solutions that support analytics, personalisation and business growth
• Lead architectural decisions around customer data management, identity resolution and master data management
