Role Overview
Mercor is looking for detail-oriented generalists with strong research and analytical skills to support data quality control and annotation projects with leading AI labs. You will review, evaluate, and label data outputs to help benchmark and improve cutting‑edge AI models across a variety of domains. Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree, or 2‑3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors from a reputable institution Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment across large volumes of tasks Excellent written communication and research skills Ability to understand and follow detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines Background in law, STEM, humanities, or social sciences is a plus Job Details
