Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of data platform delivery, managing the transition from high‑velocity design sprints into multi‑month, complex engineering and implementation phases.
• Stakeholder & Domain Alignment: Partner with business heads, domain owners, and executive data leadership to unpack strategic vision, drive use‑case prioritization, and establish organizational buy‑in.
• Cross‑Functional Squad Leadership: Coordinate and steer a hybrid delivery model, ensuring seamless alignment between onsite consulting leadership, client enterprise architecture teams, and offshore engineering pods.
• Scope & Roadmapping Strategy: Define and lock down MVP boundaries, manage critical path dependencies, and author robust implementation roadmaps that translate architectural design into concrete business value.
