Hiring: Case Processing Officer
We are looking to onboard a Case Processing Officer in Dubai. Candidates currently based in Dubai with prior experience in a similar industry are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications- Strong data processing and database management
- Documentation and filing for clients
- Solid analytical skills to review data for completeness, identify inconsistencies, and resolve basic data-related issues.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clarify information in a clear, professional manner.
- Customer service mindset to support client-facing staff and contribute to a positive experience for clients.
- Should be able to handle HNIs and UHNIs and build client relationship for positive customer experience.
