Role Overview
The Workplace operations analyst is accountable for ensuring that workplace services, environments and colleague experience enable Day 1 readiness and business continuity for the separated entity, while maintaining health, safety and security standards during transition. The role plays a critical part in disentangling shared workplace services, standing up fit for purpose standalone workplace operations, and supporting colleagues through change, uncertainty and physical transitions associated with separation.
