About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Data Policy) to support a Singapore Government Agency in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data governance and data protection policies.

This role involves policy analysis, development of data governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and cross‑agency stakeholder collaboration. You will help drive responsible data usage and ensure alignment with national standards, public sector regulations, and organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Data Policy & Standards Development

• Develop, review, and refine data governance policies, standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
• Translate Whole-of-Government (WOG) data policies into practical processes for internal adoption.
• Support policy areas including data access governance, data sharing, consent management, and third‑party data management.
