Develop and document DSC and PowerShell modules to define standard configurations.
Update operational SQL and PostgreSQL pipelines based on lifecycle requirements.
Support and update integrations with ServiceNow (SNOW) front‑end.
Build automated pipelines supporting migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL (on‑premise or AWS).
Create automated test cases.
Update and document operational processes (migration, installation, configuration).
Develop run books to support Managed Services (L1 and L2).
