Overview

We are seeking a Data & Operations Executive responsible for managing data analysis, reporting dashboards, and patient communication. This role bridges analytics with day‑to‑day operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
• Handle data entry using Excel and Google Sheets
• Analyze business and patient data to generate actionable insights
• Create and manage reports using pivot tables, formulas, and automation
• Work with databases using SQL
• Perform data cleaning and transformation using Python (preferred)
• CRM and Patient Communication
• Handle patient conversations
• Book, reschedule, and manage appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow‑ups
• Ensure professional and timely communication

Qualifications

• Strong Excel & Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
