Job Description

Reference Data Specialist is responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). They create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

• Responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories.
• Performs cross coding and item‑related quality checks on a daily basis.
• Acts as a back‑up to other coders when needed; conducts physical store checks to validate item‑related information.
• Keeps track and documents special instructions related to category assignment.
