Data Migration Architect (Oracle HCM SaaS Implementation)

The Data Migration Architect is a senior client-facing leader responsible for owning the data migration workstream on a large-scale Oracle HCM SaaS implementation. This is a management and delivery leadership role: the individual will define the migration approach in partnership with the client, scope and agree the objects to be migrated, and drive a team of migration analysts and developers to deliver against that plan.

• Lead client-facing workshops and working sessions to define and agree the Data Migration Strategy and Approach — covering scope, phasing, methodology, and success criteria.
• Lead data mapping workshops with HR, Payroll and IT SMEs to produce comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents covering all HCM data objects (Core HR, Absence, Talent, Payroll Balances, Position, Assignment History, etc.).
