Job Summary
- The Translation Mapping Specialist is responsible for mapping new referring doctors, new patients, and insurance information correctly.
Essential Functions and Tasks
Identify patterns and trends in failed mapping and works with team lead to find solutions.
Ensure new information is correct in the Imagine download system, so that charges are billed with the correct information to both insurance and patients.
Monitoring AIMS platform.
Monitoring our Data Manager site, which includes pulling daily work, noting accounts worked, and noting issues with translations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of medical billing experience preferred.
