Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist (Contractor) to support the accurate entry, review, and maintenance of employee job and compensation data within HR systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced HR operations environment. This position works closely with HR partners and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support overall HR service delivery.
