Data Management Officer (Pasir Panjang)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of MCDR, HEALIX, and Tableau projects.
• Monitor the Data Ops mailbox, track requests, and coordinate with the team.
• Prepare weekly reports and monitor service turnaround times (SLAs).
• Assist with user onboarding and data access requests.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Data Ops and Data Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and learn quickly.

Duration / Working Hours

1 year contract

42 hours per week
