About the Role:
Responsible for maintaining, correcting, and updating customer data within the Bankβs systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity, conducts sample audits of customer onboarding processes completed through the auto-approval mechanism. This role performs customer data amendments based on customer requests submitted through Customer Service, internal system-related errors, and findings identified through internal reviews, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customer data updates, corrections, and maintenance activities based on approved requests and authorized instructions.
- Process customer data change requests received from Customer Service, operations teams, and other authorized internal stakeholders.
