Join Dollarama as a Data & HRIS Analyst and optimize HR processes through data insights. This role is perfect for someone skilled in data analysis and HRIS support.
In this position, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Compensation and HRIS, you will play a critical role in analyzing HR data and improving system functionalities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, are essential. Your contributions will focus on enhancing the HR workflow and driving effective feedback mechanisms in human resource services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and validate HR data for organizational integrity
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Facilitate HR reporting, both scheduled and on-demand
• Streamline HR processes through automation and enhancements
• Measure and impact HR KPIs across the organization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, or similar
