Job Description
Responsibilities
- Real time processing of all warehouse transactions across all sites (Material Request, Delivery Receiving, Issuance, Returns and Transfers)
- Observes accurate ERP entries at all time.
- Observes accurate ERP inventory vs. actual or physical inventory.
- Initiates ERP process development activities or alignment.
- Generates and submit daily and monthly report generated from ERP system.
- Prepares and report monthly inventory aging report to immediate superior.
- Securing all warehouse transactions are properly and completely documented and are readily available when needed. (Inbound and Outbound Efficiency)
- Collaboratively working to all warehouseman on sites.
- Regularly checking ang cleaning of Teams Channel files. Making sure that all files are correctly uploaded to each corresponding fo...
