Job Description
One of our claients is seeking self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask. This individual will be a frontline customer service representative to address customer needs and inquiries. This individual will also provide support to internal and external customersβ needs with a proactive approach, in a professional manner.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent, professional, and timely customer service whether handling customer inquiries, complaints, quotes, or support in order maintenance processes.
- Ability to successfully coordinate and collaborate between multiple departments, customers, and service providers.
- Transfer data from bill of lading to company freight operating management system.
- Collect, safekeep, and help upkeep all relevant customer data.
