Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Documentation Assistant
1. Primary Purpose of the Role
The Data Entry Operator / Documentation Assistant is responsible for retrieving, organizing, and managing technical data related to systems, equipment, and subcomponents across Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Instrument disciplines. The role also supports document control, database preparation, and reprographic services for both hard and soft copy technical documentation.
2. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and retrieve technical data related to equipment, systems, and subcomponents across multiple disciplines.
- Prepare and maintain databases in accordance with specified formats, field requirements, and application standards.
