SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a dynamic Data Engineering Lead to support the Director and lead the team. This role will suit a candidate that is currently in Data Engineering lead role and who is looking for the next step in their career. The role is covers technical and leadership accountability and will someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and scalable data solutions. The role can be based in either Durban, Cape Town or Sandton and is of a hybrid nature.
POSITION INFO:
People & Enablement: Lead, mentor and support the growth of the data engineering team, developing both technical and consulting capabilities.
