Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Architecture Design Plan company data systems and build scalable data infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud. Optimize DataWorks, StarRocks and Flink, and design low-latency, compliant data solutions for cross-border businesses.
- Technical O&M Drive data warehouse iteration and PB-level data tuning. Ensure over 99.9% SLA of data pipelines, troubleshoot cluster faults, and guide team on cloud cost control and performance testing.
- BI & Visualization Manage and optimize Tableau Server, and develop executive dashboards for accurate, efficient data display.
- Team Management Lead a 3-10 data team, oversee R&D delivery, coordinate cross-department resources and translate business needs into technical plans.
Job Requirements
