The Data Senior Demand Manager for People & Culture serves as strategic leader and primary bridge between HR/P&C business stakeholders and Data & Digital delivery teams. This senior role shapes digital solutions, data capabilities, and technology initiatives supporting the P&C agenda while leading and developing direct reports.
