About the Team
The Circular Material Innovations (CMI) team is part of Product Stewardship at Canadian Tire Corporation. The team manages packaging data, regulatory reporting, and waste diversion programs across Canada (e.g., tires, packaging, IC&I waste). It also identifies and delivers circular business and operational opportunities. The team is tasked with improving data quality and infrastructure, and identifying tangible opportunities to reduce cost, risk, and environmental impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate owns the administrative and data foundations of the team. They’re organized, detail-focused, and know how to keep things running smoothly. They are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, working across teams and collaborators, and digging into data. They take initiative, communicate clearly, and look for ways to improve processes and reduce manual work.
