Job Description
FocusKPI is seeking a Data Collection Technician to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. This position is for the Robot Intelligence department with in the client's company.
Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week onsite)
Duration: 4-month contract
Pay Range: $30 - 36/hr
Responsibilities:
+ Collect robot teleoperation and navigation data using predefined experimental protocols.
+ Operate robots, grippers, and teleoperation devices.
+ Set up and calibrate cameras, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
+ Help set up a computer vision annotation pipeline.
+ Ensure synchronization of vision, robot state, and sensor data.
+ Document experimental conditions, maintain accurate records, and verify data quality.
+ Organize, label, upload, and maintain detailed records about collected datasets.
+ Perform routine hardware inspections and report equipment issues....
