Job Description Summary
The Data Centre Operations Technician Team shall be responsible for maintaining operational continuity within the data centre. The team’s primary focus includes monitoring infrastructure 24x7, responding promptly to alerts and incidents, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, and ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements. All maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform break‑fix maintenance on servers, networking, and storage infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and test hardware and software to support ongoing business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventive inspections to reduce downtime and operational risks.
