Overview
Our Client is a data center developer and operator in the Philippines. With the expansion of their business, they are looking for Data Centre Operations Officers .
Responsibilities
- 24/7 monitoring of operational conditions
- Reception and logging of incidents
- Initial incident triage and classification
- Provide remote hands services
- Escalate incidents to the relevant persons in charge
- Maintenance of accurate incident timelines and records
- Cabling activities such as cable dressing and organization, labelling, testing, physical cabling fault isolation and restoration, removal and cleanup of abandoned cabling, termination
- Physical hardware support (observation and reporting only)
- Environmental monitoring support
- Escort visitors and provide access support when required
