Job Title: Data Centre Technician
Data Centre Solutions Location: Bath, UK
Purpose Of The Job
- To deliver service support within the site team at client’s data centre/s.
- To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, ad-hoc and reactive tasks, escorting and controlling sub-contractors to all M&E services.
- To take a pro‑active role in identifying any issues which need to be escalated to the M&E manager.
- To escalates any site emergencies following agreed procedures.
- Small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve and complete day‑to‑day work orders to meet customer satisfaction targets and delivered within time frame requirement in line with the SLA’s.
