Job Description
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of data centre engineers and technicians, ensuring effective 24/7 operations.
- Oversee day-to-day data centre operations, ensuring high uptime and service availability.
- Manage critical infrastructure including UPS, generators, cooling systems, and BMS.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and capacity expansion.
- Monitor capacity utilisation, optimise energy efficiency, and control operational costs.
- Handle incident management, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring performance standards and service delivery.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
