Job Purpose:
Data Center Representative
Provides backup support for Manager along with detail listed below (production and QA support included).
Experience:
3-4 years
Shift:
24/7
Rotational shift
Qualifications :
Expertise in Job Scheduling environments. CA Workload Automation AE (Autosys Edition Automated Job Control System for scheduling, monitoring and reporting).
Experience working with Microsoft Office products.
Strengths include:
· Strong customer interface and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Dependable.
· Detail oriented.
· Good time management skills.
· Must be capable of working independently.
Duties and responsibilities :
Perform Daily Production support.
